The customer can return the product under the following terms.

 

  • In case you receive a defective or different product from the one purchased. You have a period of 15 days to request the return at contact@wotika.com, where you must send photographs of the product in which the barcodes are shown. After this, the buyer will receive a free return label. Once the return is received, the money will be returned to the customer.
  • If the customer changes their mind and wants to return the product, they have a period of 15 days to do so. You must inform the email contact@wotika.com of your intention to make the voluntary return and send the product to PG LOGISTICA C/Bronze nº12, Burriana, Castellón, cp 1230, Spain.Once the product is received, the money will be returned to the customer.
